How do I access the presentations?
- Go to www.asco.org/vm and sign in*.
- Search for videos or posters by title, speaker, abstract number or keyword. You can also browse by meeting.
- If you've chosen to browse a meeting, choose the track of your interest, then choose your session.
- Click on the image or the Watch video link.
*Please note that you must sign in with the same user name and password you used to register for the meeting or for purchasing Virtual Meeting access.
How can I check if I have the right access for Virtual Meeting?
Once you log in to asco.org, click on Products from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner and then choose Virtual Meeting. You will see a list of all the meetings you have access for.
I received Virtual Meeting access through my meeting registration. How do I activate it?
If your Virtual Meeting was part of your registration package, you do not need to activate it.
I've signed in with an account that should have Virtual Meeting access, but I'm being told that a subscription is required. Why is that?
Some organizations have network settings in place that will restrict Meeting Library from recognizing proper access. Please check with your network administrator that you are allowed to access content. If you still experience problems, please email email@example.com.
Can I download Virtual Meeting videos or posters to my computer or mobile device?
If you want to access the lectures offline, please download each one as a podcast. To download a presentation, right-click on the Download Podcast link that is located to the right of the video window and save the mp3 file to your desktop. You can then add to any mobile device and enjoy at your leisure.
If you have an iPad, you can also download the iMeeting app and save presentations for offline viewing.
If you are looking to download the slides, please browse our meeting slides (a subscription to the Slide Library is required).
Can I receive CME credit for viewing Virtual Meeting presentations?
No, only the live activity (Annual Meeting or thematic symposium) is designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
